Broth- chicken ramen, classic ramen, miso ramen
Protein - gyoza, chicken, tofu, pork belly
Veg - pak choi, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, carrot, sugar snaps, beansprouts, spring onion
Toppings- chilli oil, sesame seeds, seaweed, egg
Method:
1. Cook noodles as per instructions
2. Pan-cook, boil or steam protein & veg, set aside
3. Heat broth to simmer
4. Add cooked noodles & hot broth to bowl, finish with veg, protein & toppings
