Chef & TV presenter Monica Galetti joins Itsu and Yoshihiro to create restaurant-inspired noodles and broth, so you can eat well while saving time.
Our hand-folded noodles are steamed, not fried and contain no additives. Absolutely no MSG, no stabilisers, emulsifiers, gums, or phosphates.
Miso is admired by chefs all over the world for its delicious umami goodness. Yoshihiro blends his broths in Nagano, Japan, where long life is linked to a healthy diet, and miso is enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
For a hearty meal, top noodles and broth with an egg, green leaves, fresh vegetables, cooked meat, or prawns. Add a swirl of soy sauce, sesame oil, or fresh chilli.

1. Open lid half-way
2. Remove sachets from pot and pour broth paste over noodles
3. Add boiling water to fill line and stir
4. Close lid and wait for 5 minutes, add toppings (optional)
5. Drizzle over sesame oil as desired
