At the heart of miso ramen brilliant'broth are ingredients like mirin, soy and red miso paste. They guarantee a rich, authentic taste.
Brilliant'broth was inspired by the legendary noodle soup we served in our award-winning Chelsea restaurant, back in 1997.
For years we struggled to re-create its intense flavour outside our own little kitchen. We were determined to make it for you to enjoy at home, so we persevered

made a nice soup

I received this to review from Ocado. it made a nice soup and I added some vegetables in. There was a lot for two servings and could possibly be for three people. It had a strong miso flavour which I enjoyed.

Good product

I am reviewing this product as I was given a free sample from Ocado. I did like this as I am a big fan of ramen/miso, I just wish they could make the ingredients cleaner/better without the added maltodextrin, glucose syrup, seed oils Thank you Ocado.

handy and super tasty

Received a free sample to review. I like the itsu brand so was happy to try this. I use misotasty miso for my ramen usually but this was a tasty alternative to mix it up. Good size for two and made our meal super quick and delicious

No Chilli!!

Finally, a deep flavoured broth for those of us who cannot eat Chilli! Great in Raman or with gyozas. Very tasty.
