Our hand-folded noodles are steamed, not fried & contain no additives. Absolutely no MSG, no stabilisers, emulsifiers, gums or phosphates.
Miso is admired by chefs all over the world for its delicious umami goodness. Yoshihiro blends his broths in Nagano, Japan where long life is linked to a healthy diet & miso is enjoyed for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
For a hearty meal, top noodles & broth with an egg, green leaves, fresh veg, cooked meat, or prawns. Add a swirl of soy sauce, sesame oil or fresh chilli.

Preparation
1. Open lid half-way
2. Remove sachets from pot and pour broth paste over noodles
3. Add boiling water to fill line and stir
4. Close lid and wait for 5 minutes, add toppings (optional)
5. Drizzle over sesame oil as desired
