I love all flavours of seaweed thins but i particularly liked that these had a wasabi hit that you could feel on the tongue. Of course it's a bit fishy, it's seaweed!
Tasty, spicy and light
I tried these crispy seaweed thins for the first time recently and now I am hooked! The wasabi flavour is spicy and delicious and the nori is crisp and light. This snack is very low in calories and carbs so is a perfect treat for those who are dieting. Other flavours are available too such as Korean BBQ and sweet and salty. I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful find!
Did not like these at all, tasted like stinky fish with a hit of wasabi. Not for me, chucked them in the bin
You will either adore these or won't like them at all. I adore them. Salty crispy with a nice subtle kick
I tried hard to like them
But they are certainly not to my taste. They taste of wasabi covered dried stinky fish. They're like very thin paper-like green crispy leaves but when you chew them they become a bit rubbery. My husband loves itsu and regularly has takeaway when working from home. I had thought this would be delicious but it's fallen really short from the mark. I wouldn't buy them again and it's put me off trying anything with seaweed in it again. I appreciate there are health benefits but I'll just have to miss this latest food fad. Incidentally, I was really very surprised to see a little lack of silica-gel in the bottom of the tub. It states 'do not eat' on one side in smaller writing but considering how poisonous it is to consume and how often there are little packets of wasabi/ginger/soy included with many Japanese snacks, I'm shocked this managed to pass European food standards.
These thins are delicious, extremely good for you and low calorie! They have just the right amount of seasoning on them but still have all the health benefits of seaweed. Highly recommended!
