a weekly staple for my husband
my husband eats these most days on his lunch.
Nutty and delicious
I'm a big fan of soba noodles, and these are particularly good: easy to cook (use a saucepan with plenty of room for them to move, and plunge them straight into cold water the moment they're done, otherwise they turn into a gluey mess); either serve cold with a dipping sauce - delish in the summer - or refresh in hot water just before serving.

These are the best noodles I ever cooked and I have experimented with many brands. They cook as per instructions (boil 5 minutes) and most importantly they DO NOT STICK TOGETHER. I added some olive oil after draining as I dont like salty sauces and on top my chicken vegetable mix they tasted very nice. I also searched the benefits of buckwheat which is a plus to the nice taste and reliable cooking so this becomes a stable for me

Love these noodles, they work really well with the ramen broth and just the right size portion.
