To make our fillings we mix crunchy Asian style vegetables with flavourful umami sauces and seasonings like miso & soy sauce, then enclose them in delicate dumpling wrappers. This clever pouch steams the dim sum in the microwave in minutes. Mix up our easy dipping sauce recipe and enjoy them for lunch or dinner, to share ... or not.

Cooking Instructions - General. Add your favourite sauce to the dipping well, Serve & enjoy!

For guidance only, Cooking appliances will vary. please ensure dim'sum are cooked until piping hot. do not re-heat once cooked.; Microwave - From Frozen. 1. Place sealed bag of dim'sum in the microwave
[Please do not open or pierce bag!]
2. Microwave for 2 mins [900W] or 2 mins 20 seconds [750W]
3. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins; Steam - From Frozen. 1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander [or use a steamer liner]
2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water
3. Place dim'sum in the colander cover with a lid and steam for 12 mins
4. Leave to stand for 1 min
