Jack Daniel's BBQ Pulled Chicken

Jack Daniel’s BBQ Chicken, succulent, flavoursome and cooked in Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Liqueur BBQ Sauce. This dish pairs British chicken breast with the smooth sweetness of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey BBQ Sauce. The chicken is marinated and slow cooked to achieve a tender, pull-apart texture, then coated in a warm, subtly sweet BBQ sauce. It’s designed for effortless serving that is ideal for sharing platters, loaded buns or quick midweek meals; bringing a lighter, honey-forward flavour profile to the range. Serves 2

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator below 5°C before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Primary Option - Oven for Best Results - Fan 180°C/Conventional 200°C – 45 minutes
Remove outer packaging. Preheat oven to Fan 180°C/200°C. Empty contents into foil tray provided. Place in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven, baste the chicken and place back in the oven. Cook for a further 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven, and using two forks, shred the chicken and combine with the glaze. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes to allow the glaze to absorb into the chicken.

Secondary Option – Microwave – 700W 5 minutes / 900W 4 minutes.
Remove packaging, discard foil tray and decant the contents into a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on high (100%) for 5 minutes (700W) / 4 minutes (900W). Carefully remove from the microwave and shred the chicken using two forks and combine with the glaze. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes and stir before serving. All microwaves vary, these are guidelines only. Always test the temperature before serving.


Tertiary Option – Skillet / Frying Pan – Low/Medium Heat for 20 minutes.
Remove outer packaging. Place the frying pan on the hob and empty the contents into the frying pan. Put on a low heat for 10 minutes to soften the chicken. Gently break the chicken apart and combine with the glaze. After 10 minutes, turn up to a medium heat and allow the glaze to reduce for a further 10 minutes, breaking apart the chicken and combining with the glaze.


Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Do not use if vacuum seal is broken.
