Jack Daniel's BBQ Pulled Pork

Jack Daniel’s Pulled Pork, slow-cooked with signature Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey BBQ Sauce. This classic is made with UK and Irish pork and the meat is slow cooked until tender, then finished with a rich, smoky sauce that delivers the unmistakable depth of Jack Daniel’s signature flavour. Produced in the UK using pork from the EU and UK.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator below 5°C before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.


Primary Option - Oven for Best Results - Fan 180°C/Conventional 200°C – 45 minutes
Remove outer packaging. Preheat oven to Fan 180°C/200°C. Empty contents into foil tray provided. Place in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven, baste the pork and place back in the oven. Cook for a further 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven, and using two forks, shred the meat and combine with the glaze. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes to allow the glaze to absorb into the meat.

Secondary Option – Microwave – 700W 7 minutes / 900W 6 minutes.
Remove packaging, discard foil tray and decant the contents into a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on high (100%) for 7 minutes (700W) / 6 minutes (900W). Carefully remove from the microwave and shred the meat using two forks and combine with the glaze. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes and stir before serving. All microwaves vary, these are guidelines only. Always test the temperature before serving.


Tertiary Option – Skillet / Frying Pan – Low/Medium Heat for 20 minutes.
Remove outer packaging. Place the frying pan on the hob and empty the contents into the frying pan. Put on a low heat for 10 minutes to soften the meat. Gently break the pork apart and combine with the glaze. After 10 minutes, turn up to a medium heat and allow the glaze to reduce for a further 10 minutes, breaking apart the pork and combining with the glaze.


Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Do not use if vacuum seal is broken.
