Our Beet It with Ginger is made with pressed ginger juice, not a flavouring, and this gives it a delicious soft, warm, spicy taste. It is still 80% beetroot juice, but a small amount of carrot juice is also added to produce a lighter, sweeter taste.

This fermentation process is similar to that used in such superfoods as Kefir and other pro-biotic foods.
