The original Gin & Ginger: Belfast has famously created many things, from mighty ships to delicate linens. However, there is another perhaps less well-known gift our city has given the world: zesty refreshing ginger ale. Yes, it was invested in Belfast. And it’s perfect with our gin.

Jawbox Small Batch Gin was awarded Best Gin in the UK in the Gold Q Quality Drink Awards and a Gold award in the 2025 London Spirits Competition.

Principal notes: Classic gin that becomes more complex on the palate. Starts with citrus and juniper developing into pepper, green Angelica and subtle routines.
Background notes: Citrus with lingering juniper and pine with the quiet complexity of the supporting cast.

Jawbox Gin Honeyed Coffee & Tonic Cocktail:
35ml/1.5oz Jawbox Small Batch Gin
15ml/0.5oz Honey Syrup
50ml/2oz Cold-Brew Coffee
Tonic Water
Add Jawbox Gin, honey syrup and cold-brew coffee to a glass and stir. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon twist.

Jawbox Gin Mediterranean Spritz Cocktail:
60ml Jawbox Gin
15ml Aperol
Prosecco
In an ice-filled glass, combine Jawbox and Aperol. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with blood orange slices and fresh herbs.

Jawbox Gin Negroni Cocktail:
30ml Jawbox Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Rosso Sweet Vermouth.
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled glass and stir. Garnish with orange peel.
