Product Information
As chef on the Holland America cruise ships in the 50's, Dutchman Jan Stok (Jean Bâton in French) became famous for his delicious sauces, mayonnaise and dressings. Years later his recipes and passion for taste and quality are still the source of inspiration for our products. Jean Bâton Belgian Recipe is made with a whopping 80 per cent oil and a nice amount of vinegar. This gives this mayonnaise its distinctive fresh-sour flavour. Just like at the Belgian fries counter. Delicious with thick Flemish fries!
