Tasty
Always loved sardines on cold toast Very tasty Always gave a tin in cupboard If you like sardines then you will like these
Used to be fab
Whats happened or is it me? These used to be a fab quick lunch, dont know whats happened but the flavour & texture now is horrid sadly
no bones
The whole reason that sardines were so good for us was the calcium and calcium comes from the bones and now John West is taking them out. For that reason I wont be buying them anymore
Excellent.
Love these on Dry Toast. When l dont fancy a Cooked Meal. Quick and Easy. Highly Recommended.
Easy meals
Makes a tasty, easy quick meal stirred into some pasta with a bit of olive oil. Evokes childhood memories when we used to eat these in sandwiches ha!
Great for rillettes
I used them mashed with a fork, some seasoning and Philadelphia to eat on toasted sourdough bread, lush.
