"Grape varieties : Cabernet Sauvignon (70 %) and Syrah (30 %) Origin : The Pays d'Oc designation encompasses the heart of the
Languedoc. This extensive vineyard forms a sweeping
arc from the south of the Rhône Valley to the gates of
Carcassonne.
Vinification : Picked at perfect maturity and processed with care.
We utilise a controlled 6-to-12-hour warm fermentation
technique (about 30°C) to extract maximum character
before gentle pressing. Matured in stainless steel tanks,
this wine is a pure expression of fruit, bursting with rich
and preserved aromas.
Soil : Spanning the vast and varied landscape of the Pays
d'Oc, our vineyards benefit from a trio of exceptional
soils: light sands, structured clay-limestone, and mineralrich schist."
