Butcher-Minced Bangers
1. Separate and pierce before cooking.
Use a knife or scissors to separate individual sausages, then poke a few fork holes in each. This lets steam escape and prevents bursting.
2. Cook until evenly browned.
Pan: Medium heat, small amount of oil, 6-8 minutes. Turn regularly.
Grill: Medium heat, rotate gently and often.
3. Serve as proper bangers.
Goes well with mash and gravy, in a full English, or just with mustard straight from the pan.

Always cook to an internal temperature of 75℃.

Storage conditions and conditions of use:
If purchased frozen: keep frozen at ≤ -18℃. Thaw in the refrigerator and use on the same day once opened.
If purchased refrigerated: keep refrigerated between +4℃ and +8℃, and use on the same day once opened.
