fermented plant based

If youre vegan or have problems with dairy then this is a good choice. Its also fermented so theres an added health benefit to gut bacteria and long term health.

Just like the cottage cheese I remember

I had this with some crisp lettuce and tinned peaches and I was transported back to my uni dining hall, before I decided to stop eating food squeezed from a cow. Delicious and versatile. Definitely buying this again, but hope the price comes down a bit in time. 10 out of 10.
