Puff Pastry Tips:
Let your pastry temper to room temperature
For best results, take the pastry out of the fridge approximately 10 minutes before you are ready to use it, as it will be easier to work with.
No Need for a Rolling Pin
If you roll the puff pastry sheet with a rolling pin, you will compress the carefully constructed layers and your puff pastry won't rise as much. If you need to expand the pastry sheet, gently stretch it with your hands.
Use your Leftovers
Off cuts are great for making tasty cheese straws.
This product is raw and requires cooking before consuming.
Preparation instructions
1. Take out of the fridge and remove from the carton approximately 10 minutes before use. After this time, for best results use immediately.
2. Remove from plastic wrap and unroll the pastry sheet.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (200 °C for fan assisted ovens)-Gas Mark 7 for about 20 minutes. The baking time may be increased depending on the oven and the filling used. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 x 280g Jus-Rol Gluten Free Puff Pastry sheet
- 2 Kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
- 3 Pineapple slices, cut into segments
- 1/2 Papaya, peeled, sliced and chopped
- 1 Tbsp blueberries
- 1 Lime, finely grated zest
- 4 Tbsp crème fraîche
- Icing sugar to dust
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C in a fan oven) / Gas mark 7.
2 Unroll the puff pastry on to a baking sheet, leave on the paper.
3 Cut out a petal shaped round about 20cm (8in).
Remove the trimmings and using a knife mark an inner circle, 2 cm in from the edge.
4 Prick the centre pastry circle using a fork.
5 Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until well risen and golden brown.
6 Cool on a wire rack until cold. Cut round the centre circle and push down to flatten the centre.
7 Mix the crème fraîche and zest together, sweeten with a little icing sugar if desired.
8 Spread the crème fraîche over the pastry case and arrange the fruit on the top.
Dust with icing sugar if required.
