Top tip
Using as a pie topper? We recommend using a 26cm round dish and chilling the topped pie for 10 minutes before baking to help it hold its shape.

Get hands on
For beautifully crumbly pastry and to avoid cracks, remove from the fridge 20 minutes before unrolling.
1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C / 180°C (fan) / Gas Mark 5 and begin to prepare your other ingredients.
2. When you're ready, remove the dough from the packaging, unroll, and place it in your baking dish.
3. Trim any pastry edges for a neat finish, then place in the centre of the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden. For heavier toppings or a different oven type, it might need a little extra time.
Top tip
Using as a pie base? We recommend using a 24cm round dish and blind baking before filling, to help prevent a soggy bottom.
