Good idea

Great idea as it has all the spices in one packet - saves having loads of individual spices in the cupboard.

Great curry base

I was asked to review this garam masala powder, and used it to make a lamb biryani with vegetable curry sauce. Its a well balanced and flavourful basic spice mix that other spices can be added to for variation, and you dont need to add too much to get a good curry flavour. Lovely.

Fab spice mix

Really lovely spice mix, organic is a bonus. I used this in a curried butternut squash soup and it gave a really delicious flavour to it. Look forward to using it in many more recipes.
