Try This Easy Red Onion Salsa (Makes 1 Bowl):
1 tbsp JUX Red Onion
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Juice of ½ lime
½ tsp JUX Garlic Pieces (optional)
Small handful of coriander, chopped
Salt to taste
