why is half the bag dust
By the time you reach the last few bowls of the stuff the bottom of the packet is dust. Wish Kellogg's would sort this out
Good for you and tastes good
I ordered this for health reasons but soon came to love the flavour and texture. Adding fresh or other fruits give this cereal an added dimension.
Tasty and filling
Started eating All Bran to get more fibre in my diet - it does the job, gives almost half the RDA of fibre and keeps me full until lunchtime. You can taste the added sugar but I don't find it overly sweet (not a huge fan of sugary foods). I defrost a small handful of frozen mixed berries overnight and add to All Bran in the morning along with cold milk - delicious!
surprisingly. this is the only thing that keeps me going. if u know what I mean. but it doesn't taste very nice. and with cold milk they are really hard. so instead I have it with hot milk and honey. it dissolves to the consistency of porridge.
Great for adding fibre to your diet and keeps you full until lunchtime. I eat with fresh fruit for a delicious breakfast.
