Preface, I don't know if the product I received was off. It tastes like very salty and vinegary salad cream. Went in the bin.
The best mayo
Delighted to see Ocado stocking this as its overdue. The creation of the worlds finest Egg Mayonnaise sarnie begins and ends with this. Essential for Japanese dishes, obviously, but it makes the best sarnies!

I am very glad Ocado stocking in again Japanese mayo. Its nothing like any other mayo. Its very creamy and eggy. Perfect for Asian food dishes. You must have this for okonomiyaki, takoyaki etc
Great Asian mayo!
We love this mayo for Asian food- for sushi or fried East Asian food its great! I still have Hellmanns in the fridge for chips etc, for me its not a straight swap but a good addition!
Once you\x27ve tried Japanese mayo...
....you won't want to go back to Western style. OK, I used to HATE mayonnaise but came across this after eating Japanese food. Well, I was converted... Both this brand (and their rival, Kewpie) use a large amount of egg yolks and a different blend of seasoning to give this mayonnaise something that sets it apart from the rest - FLAVOUR! If, like me, you love making katsu curry, etc then this mayonnaise is a must. Please don't try to stick the usual mayonnaise on as it just won't work! More piquant and savoury, this sauce is great with many dishes and can easily accompany your chips, if needs must. Do give it a try and I'm sure you'll get what I'm saying, it can be quite addictive and you'll end up putting it on everything.
