Kikkoman Panko Breadcrumbs
Kikkoman Panko – Japanese style crispy bread crumbs is a highly versatile ingredient that adds a delightful crunch to various dishes.
Derived from the Japanese words for bread (pan) and flour (ko), Kikkoman Panko is made from a special type of white bread which is finely ground and dried, resulting in lighter and airier micro-flakes compared to traditional breadcrumbs. Due to its reduced absorption of oil and fat, Kikkoman Panko provides a lighter and crisper texture to roasted, deep-fried, and baked foods.
You can easily substitute ordinary breadcrumbs with Kikkoman Panko in any recipe. It is perfect for creating crispy coatings for a wide range of foods such as Japanese tonkatsu, schnitzels and vegetable croquettes. It's also an excellent choice for binding stuffings, meatballs, meatloaf, and veggie burgers. A small amount of panko can also enhance the creaminess of soups and sauces, or try sprinkling over pasta bakes for a crunchy topping.
What's more, as Kikkoman Panko is unseasoned, you can use it in desserts such as crumbles and tart bases to add crunch. It's the essential ingredient for any kitchen.

Cheaper and better available
Im reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. The quality is decent and they gave a nice crispy coating but based on the price there is better alternatives available.
