Glazed stir fry chicken with salad
serves 4
prep time 10 minutes cook time 15 minutes
600g chicken breast
corn flour
20ml vegetable oil
75ml Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
a pinch of pepper
120g green salad leaves
2 tomatoes, quartered
60g mayonnaise
1. Slice the chicken into pieces approximately 1 cm thick. Lightly coat them in corn flour. Heat the oil in a wok and brown the chicken over high heat.
2. Remove chicken onto absorbent paper to remove any residual fat. Then, place chicken back in pan along with the stir fry sauce. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked and well glazed.
3. Serve with salad leaves, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Season with freshly ground pepper.
