Kings Oscietra Caviar

The Oscietra Caviar is a wonderful light to steely grey colour which takes 9 to 10 years to produce. The Oscietra Caviar has cream and walnut notes. The Oscietra Caviar is one of the most popular types used in many Michelin start Restaurants and Hotels. It is a stunning Caviar to have on its own or paired with many other foods such as a softly boiled egg, a baby jacket potato with some crème fraise or even clotted cream ice cream with a dollop of Oscietra Caviar on top.
Caviar has a high content of Omega 3 fatty acids, is an excellent source of protein and is rich in Vitamin A, D and B12.

Kings Fine Foods is a British family run business and holders of The Royal Warrant for his Majesty the King.
Laura King MBE is one of Europe’s leading experts on Caviar and is one of the largest importers of Caviar into the UK.
As a family business one of the things Kings Fine Foods is most proud of is that 10% of all net profits go towards The John King Brain Tumour Foundation which was set up in memory of Laura Kings late husband John King who passed away from a Brain Tumour in 2016. The Charity purchases lifesaving equipment for St Georges Hospital in tooting where John King was treated during his diagnosis and maintains the garden at the Atkinson Morley Wing. The Charity is currently building an Intensive Care Roof garden outside the ICU unit at St Georges Hospital which will opening in spring 2026.
