Serving suggestions
Perfect Serve:
Splash into a wine glass, tumbler or vessel of choice. Straight from the chilled bottle is best, but if it's not cold enough - add 1 large ice cube and pretend you're in the South of France!
Pair With:
Fresh nutty salads, white fish grilled on the BBQ, lemon and herb chicken and puddings with berries or peaches.
This versitile Rosé goes just as well with your long lunches in the summer as well as heavier dishes in the winter such as bolognaises, ham and leek pies or your Sunday roast...
Conversation Starter:
How many bottles of Pink Diesel does it take to fuel your occasion?
Vinification details
A cold skin maceration followed by a direct pressing with controlled temperatures. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks.
