Our name honours the legacies of two Irish whiskey legends Archibald Kirker and William Greer who bonded and blended whiskey as far back as 1885. From their bonded warehouses in the heart of Belfast, they sourced and blended the best of Irish Whiskey from across the island: "The Shamrock" Irish whiskey was one such blend. We meticulously source the finest malt and grain whiskey from the very best Irish distilleries. We marry and blend them into unique expressions of Irish liquid gold.

Kirker Irish Whisky & Ginger
A classic & simple recipe using a fine Irish creation - Ginger Ale

Ingredients:
50ml/2oz Kirker Shamrock Irish Whiskey
Top up with Ginger Ale

Method:
Build over cubed ice and garnish with a wedge of lime.


Kirker Irish Whiskey Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
60ml / 2oz Kirker Shamrock Irish Whiskey
5ml / 1tsp Demerara Syrup (2:1)
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method:
Stir with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of orange.


Kirker Irish Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:
60ml / 2oz Kirker Shamrock Irish Whiskey
25ml / 0.75oz Lemon Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar Syrup (2:1)
Egg White

Method:
Shake with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.


Kirker Irish Whiskey Collins

Ingredients:
60ml / 2oz Kirker Shamrock Irish Whiskey
25ml / 0.75oz Lemon Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar Syrup (2:1)
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
40ml / 1.5oz Soda Water

Method:
Build in a tall glass over cubed ice. Garnish with lemon and mint.

Our unique Irish whiskey blend brings together whiskies from all four provinces. From Leinster, a single grain whiskey and triple distilled malt whiskey, fruit forward delivering notes of vanilla. Ulster brings a complex double distilled single malt made with barley sown, grown, harvested and milled by hand on the Echlinville estate. Munster contributes an intensely sherried single pot still alive with dried fruit and nutty flavours. The final blend comes from Connacht with a creamy, sweet and spicy pot still whiskey. The blend comprises three whiskey styles: malt, grain and pot still with whiskies aged in both Oloroso and Bourbon casks.
