Instructions
Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results microwave from chilled. Do not reheat.
800 Watt: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir the sauce component and re-cover. Heat for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid with care as hot steam may escape. Serve.

Looks worse than it tastes
Thankfully it tasted better than it looked. Because it looked terrible. Like a brown, overcooked mess. Didnt taste great either. Primarily a fairly bland sweet colour. Also impossible to peel back film as instructed. Overall poor quality.
Went down hill
I was pleasantly surprised at first taste but in the end didn't finish the meal. Too sweet and chicken had an odd texture. Rice was good!
Tasted fine, difficult to open packaging
I bought this to take into work for a quick lunch, and thought the meal itself tasted fine - but it was so difficult to peel back the plastic film - it tore and disintegrated but did not pull off cleanly, making it difficult and messy to scoop out the hot contents into a bowl. Other ready-meal packagers have worked out how to seal with an easily peel-able film, I hope Kirstys figure this out soon as well.
Really Nice
I am dairy free and also don’t like chilli so this was perfect. Lots of white rice, nice chicken and a salty gingery sauce with crisp peppers. Do not be put off by the colour. The sauce is dark with soy and the chicken is marinaded but is a lovely colour inside. Only annoying thing is the plastic film which is very difficult to remove.
Not bad when on offer
Bought this to try as it was on offer. The plastic film is really awkward to remove once cooked. The rice also comes out quite dry and solid, although its not so bad once you mix with the sauce. The sauce was decent tasting, as was the chicken and peppers - although a little sweet for my taste. I wasnt put off by any greyness that other reviews mention, but perhaps thats because I ate in dim lighting! I wouldnt rush to buy again, but might consider when on offer if some of my regular meals were sold out.
