800W: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 4 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Take care as meal will be hot.
Serve and enjoy.
