800 Watt: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 7 minutes. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute. Take care as meal will be hot. Serve.

Tasty and gluten free
I really liked this product, a good balance of pasta to sauce. It went well with some Branston pickle on the side
Delicious!
This is delicious! Soooo good! The pasta is lovely, the bolognaise is just perfect, great flavour great texture. No added junk, decent ingredients. Love that you can keep in frozen and have it ready in less than 10 mins! Perfect for those nights you just need something quick and filling. Will definitely keep buying :)
Microwave Only!
Really disappointed that this is only for microwave. I did heat in the oven as we don't own a microwave and it turned out okay. I probably would have give higher score if it tasted good but it had a strong taste of peppers - no other seasonings, so even if I did own a microwave, I would NOT purchase again. Really disappointing dish.
Quick healthy go to
Love the Kirsty’s range they are great for my fussy family on evenings I don’t have time to cook. The bolognese is in a really nice sauce and good portion.
Great GF meal
It's great to be able to have a healthy gluten free meal in the freezer which is still tasty!
Microwave only
Like a measly cheap kids meal from an old grotty pub. Microwaveable only. We don't have a microwave!
