Kitchen Joy Gochujang Chicken in a Spicy sauce with Sticky Jasmine Rice

Delivering a balanced hit of spice and subtle sweetness, this Korean-inspired dish brings together red chillies, fermented soy beans, garlic and a splash of rice vinegar. We add tender chicken, cabbage and carrot, inspired by our favourite Korean jjigae dishes, all served on a bed of sticky jasmine rice.

Microwave - From Frozen. 800W, 8 mins
900W, 6.5 mins
1. Remove outer film. Place whole Cube in microwave. Cook on full power for 5 minutes (800W/900W).
2. Carefully remove inner sauce box from Cube. Reclose Cube and set aside - rice will continue to steam.
3. Open sauce box and mix well. Reclose and cook sauce only for a further 3 minutes (800W) or 1 minute 30 seconds (900W).
4. To serve: Mix sauce with rice and eat straight from Cube, or plate up with your favourite sides.
Careful-Product will be hot! Check food is piping hot before serving. All appliances vary. This is a guide only.
