Fill a shaker with ice, and stir in your ingredients - one part Knob Creek 9 year old whiskey, half a part Ameretto, a quarter part simple syrup and three dashes of bitters. Strain into a rocks glass, and serve straight-up (no ice) with a sliver of orange peel as garnish. Enjoy.

Knob Creek was created in 1992 by Booker Noe as a part of the Small Batch Bourbon Collection. It was inspired by the Bottled-In-Bond Act to represent the high quality and full flavour of pre-Prohibition-style whiskey. Knob Creek whiskey is seasoned by time and crafted with effort to deliver grounded, full American bourbon character through traditional, tried-and-true bourbon-making processes. Characterized by the sweetness of its mashbill, Knob Creek is aged a minimum of 9 years, distilled at a lower proof, and bottled at 100 proof to give it its authentic, full-flavour profile.
