A mild and rich butter chicken sauce of tomato, dry fenugreek and garlic.

This delicious recipe was first conceived in iconic restaurants of Old Delhi, where tandoori-grilled chicken was prepared in a rich tomato, butter and cream sauce.

Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, stir fry 500g of chicken breast. Add contents of the pouch & stir. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Try adding a touch of butter, 50ml of double cream and freshly chopped coriander leaves if desired.
