Kohinoor Karahi Sauce

A robust balti sauce of caramelised onions with tomato, ginger, bell peppers and garam masala.

This recipe originated in Baltistan, a region of Kashmir. The dish was traditionally cooked using a bowl and was often prepared by sheep herders.

Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, stir fry 500g of chicken breast (or substitute). Add contents of the pouch & stir. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Try adding chopped coriander leaves.
