Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Boil enough water to cover the pasta in a large saucepan on the hob.
Add pasta, stir and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and serve.

Delicous Authentic Capellini Kheer
Heat 2 tbsp butter ghee in a pan.
Add 2 cloves and 2 green cardamoms, cook till they release a strong aroma.
Roughly break 3 Capellini nests into the pan and fry until golden brown.
Add 500ml milk, bring to the boil and add 3 tbsp sugar.
Simmer on a low heat until the Capellini is cooked through.
Serve hot or chilled.

nice for quick noodle soups
As others have said these nests will clump if just boiled in water, but when moved around and separating while cooking, theyre fine. Theyre pretty handy for a quick 5min lunch or a snack.

You sure this is pasta?
Not pasta. Cooks terribly in awful clumps. Half is uncooked and the other half mushy. Worst texture of any "pasta" I've ever eaten. Avoid
