Use it on damp hair \- game changer!
I have long thick auburn/red hair, which is now going white (not grey!) around the temples, front area and parting towards the crown, so when I colour I use more of a strawberry blonde to allow it to blend. This retouch colour is dark blone and blends well with my warm tones. I have been using this for years but previously always on dry and straightened hair. The next day it would feel horrible, sort of dirty, matted and cakey, like dry shampoo the day after. So I would wash it out. This therefore was only suitable for "going out" or just needing hair done for that day/moment. Handy, but bad value! However... I have ditched the straightners and I'm embracing my natural curly locks, so once I have washed and applied product I use this retouch on my DAMP hair in the areas needed, just moving sections around and spray. Once done I dry my hair fully. I find not only does it blend much better, more importanly I can get 5 days from this colour treatment now!!!! It even withstands refreshing curls (spraying with water and re-diffusing). It doesn't come off on my fingers / hands / face- it does come off on my pillow case but that washes off without trace. It means I don't have to dye colour as often which isn't great for my scalp and makes this product much better value as no way does it do 25 applications! I get around 6 to 8 I'd say. For £10 each (or £14 for 2 while on offer) not cheap but better value than one day and having to wash it out. As for coverage, it covers my WHITE hair easily so should tackle greys no issue.

Good product but the dark blonde colour is very very dark
Fantastic product
This is a fantastic product, and so handy for emergency touch-ups when you notice a grey, or for between salon visits. It can come off slightly on your hands, so be careful if you play with your hair and then touch your face.
Desperate times call for desperate measures
During lockdown one of the worst things is seeing the steady amount of grey I realise I have. Yes, it is a little tacky but does a great job of covering it mainly down the parting. I’m hanging on in there until the hairdresser opens again. I think.
this is darker than blonde
A good product but the colour is definitely a medium brown. Its a bit tacky in consistency (probably necessary for it to attach to hair) but good between colours... so long as youre happy with brown roots.
Brilliant
Fabulous product if you get the right shade. Means I can let about half an inch of grey through before I have to dye my roots. Take care when spraying, and get someone to do the back for you. Doesn't last terribly long but cheaper than having to have your roots done every fortnight!
