Our teas, fruits, extracts and botanicals are all ethically sourced from trusted suppliers. Our Sencha tea is Fairtrade Premium, providing a fantastic base for our sparkling teas.

Sparkling teas made from a kombucha fermentation. At the heart of every bottle is a tea fermentation - a 6-week process that transforms green tea using live cultures to create a vibrant, tart, flavourful base, allowing the antioxidants and beneficial acids to multiply.
After fermentation, fruits, flowers, and botanicals are added, building flavour profiles that are both sophisticated but fresh, piquing the palate.
