Cooking Instructions - General. For best results we recommend cooking the pasta in the sauce using a pan with a lid.; Microwave - From Chilled. 1. Remove the outer packaging.
Empty the fresh pasta into the tray.
2. Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour over the pasta & stir to coat evenly and add the bacon.
3. Place the tray in the microwave with a suitable lid or wrapped in kitchen paper and cook at 750W for 9 minutes or at 900W-1000W for 8 minutes.
4. Remove the tray from the microwave using oven gloves and leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and garnish with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Buon Appetito!; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 1. Add the bacon to a pan over medium heat and fry until fully cooked and browned.
2. Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour the sauce into the pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil over a medium heat.
3. Empty the fresh pasta into the pan & stir to coat it evenly with the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over a medium heat for 8 minutes, stir halfway through cooking.
4. Serve and garnish with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Buon Appetito!
