Product Information
La Felicite 9° is the first mid strength wine produced by Domaine Royal de Jarras, the largest estate in the Camargue. Vinification details
After harvest, grapes are cooled down to preserve their aromatic potential. Pressing is carried out at a low pressure to master the extraction of the best juices. In this way it is possible to select the musts for the fermentation of the Gris Tête de Cuvée. They are then clarified and fermented at controlled temperature.
