La Gioiosa is one of Italy's leading Prosecco producers. From their base near Treviso, in the heart of Prosecco country, the Moretti Polegato family has been making sparkling wines for three generations.

La Gioiosa Prosecco DOC comes from the Veneto region, nestled between the beautiful Dolomites and the unique "floating city" of Venice. The rolling hillside vineyards and moderate climate are ideally suited to the production of fresh, fruit-driven Prosecco.

Tasting notes

Made in La Gioiosa's hallmark style, this fresh and vibrant Prosecco offers beautiful aromas of golden apple and jasmine with notes of white blossom, pear and peachy stone fruit. The palate has a bright, persistent fizz and abundant fruit flavours.

Whole grapes are gently pressed and the juice, or must, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks for fermentation. Keeping the temperatures low enhances the vibrant fruit aromas in the wine.
