The grapes are harvested by machine. This product is
a blend of wines elaborated traditionally (grapes directly
sent to a tank with pump overs during the ferment)
and wines from grapes that have undergone a warm
pre-fermentation maceration (grapes are then cooled,
pressed and undergo a fermentation in a liquid phase).
