Vinification Details
t. La récolte a lieu tôt le matin afin de préserver la fraîcheur des baies et prévenir l'oxydation des arômes. Un pressurage pneumatique dès l'arrivée au chai permet d'extraire les moûts. La fermentation démarre après le débourbage et dure environ 15 jours en cuves inox thermorégulées. Après la fermentation, les vins sont conservés en cuves inox et légèrement collés avant la mise en bouteilles.

Really fresh and crisp
I like a dry rose, minerals rather than syrup. This is very drinkable and goes down far too easily!

Light and refreshing
Lovely refreshing wine with a subtle flavour, and good for a hot day. Best to finish the bottle on the day of opening as didn't taste as good a day later.

Went down the sink
Used to be a drinkable wine. We tried one bottle and were all Ill. Tasted of vinegar
