Recipes
Ingredients:
454g Laila jasmine rice, water,
1 1/2 Cups Laila coconut milk,
2/3 Cups sugar, 30g Laila creamed coconut
Method:
Soak rice overnight in water. Drain. Steam rice for 45 minutes or until grains can be pressed with fingers with no hard cores.
Put rice into saucepan, add coconut milk, sugar and creamed coconut. Simmer on a very low heat, stirring occasionally until the coconut milk has been absorbed. Serve in individual bowls with slices of fresh mango or papaya.
