Gluten free egg pasta parcels filled with the classic paring of creamy ricotta cheese and spinach. Cooks in two minutes and serves 2. Made in Italy by a specialist gluten free food producer. Do it the Italian way, gently toss the cooked pasta in melted butter or drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan and top with a few basil leaves.

Preparation and Usage
How to cook: Cook the product in unsalted boiling water, in a ratio of 100 g of tortellini in 1 litre of water, for 2 minutes. Do not add salt. Do not overcook. Drain thoroughly & serve. For best results gently stir the cooked pasta into your heated sauce or melted butter and top with grated parmesan.
