Product Information
Laylo wines are sourced by a fancy Master of Wine, and loved by critics and wine lovers alike.
This can contains 187ml - that's a generous glass of wine - so you can enjoy the ‘odd glass’ without worrying about wasting the rest of the bottle. Perfect for that Tuesday night tipple on the sofa, summer BBQs and picnics.
This is a super-pale, dry Provence rosé made by mother and daughter team, Anne-Marie and Camille Bagnis, at their château in the South of France.
Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week

History
Laylo is a UK-based, award-winning startup founded in 2020 by former Naked Wines executives Laura Riches and Laura Rosenberger. They set out to reinvent boxed wine by sourcing premium, independently-made European wines and packaging them in highly distinctive, display-worthy boxes and cans. The format produces 90% less carbon than traditional glass bottles and stays fresh for up to six weeks.

Vinification details
This rosé is produced by the direct press method, the grapes are held in the press for a few hours to allow the pick up of colour from the skins. When the correct pale colour has been reached the grapes are gently pressed and the wine is fermented in stainless steel at a cool temperature, 15-18 degrees. The wine is protected with inert gas to protect the rose colour and retain freshness. No oak or malolactic fermentation.
