Cooking Instructions - General. For the best result heat in a frying pan.; Microwave - From Frozen. Alternatively, place into a microwaveable container. Keep the lid on but the vent open to help the pressure escape gently.
Heat for 6 minutes on 900W (7min. on 800W or 8 min on 700W). Stir halfway through.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Add your favorite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
