amazing little tray
Its a fabulous non stick oven tray. I can cook here from cookies to Brussels sprouts. Always excellent results. I am going to buy more definitely
I bought this to bake bread on. At 230 degrees, after a few minutes it buckles, making a mighty crack that without fail makes the dog and me jump. Eventually it flattens itself out again - hopeless.
Good,with one drawback.
A good, heavy duty baking tray. Non stick, great for homemade scones and sausage rolls BUT, after just a few bakes at a moderate temperature, the flame coloured tabs on the rim became discoloured. Of course this did not alter the result of the baking, only the appearance of the trays. I suppose so long as the scones rise and the sausage rolls are golden and flaky and not stuck to the baking tray, that's all that matters.
Best baking tray I have ever bought. sturdy, non-stick, easy to clean. Perfect.
