Le Rustique Camembert continues to ripen with time, so you can enjoy it however you choose:
- Young cheese: 35 days or more before the Use By Date
Texture: quite firm
Flavour: light and fresh
- Ripe cheese: Between 35 and 20 days before the Use By Date
Texture: soft and melt-in-the-mouth
Flavour: distinctive
- Mature cheese: 20 days or less before the Use By Date

Baking Camembert instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/200°C
2. Remove the camembert from the packaging and place in an oven-proof ramekin.
3. Use a knife to cut a criss-cross pattern into the top of the camembert.
4. Bake for around 20 mins until melted.
