Cooking guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Warm a frying pan over a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Remove the fish from the pack and cook it for 4-8 minutes in the pan, turning halfway through. Do not reheat once cooked, and remember these times are just a guide, as the size and thickness of the fish may vary. Check the tuna is piping hot.
