Product Information

Wild keta salmon has a lighter colour more delicate flavour than other wild salmon. With its distinctive orange-pink flesh and smooth, creamy texture, each bite is packed with vitamin D, protein and omega-3.

Keta swim further in their lifetime than any other species of Pacific wild salmon, which makes them very low in fat. These fillets are fabulous grilled or poached, why not try wrapping in foil and baking in the oven? Or why not try grilling in on a barbecue for a subtle, smoky flavour?

Wild-caught in the inlets of Southern and Central Alaska and around the beautiful Iturup Island, our keta salmon is free, not farmed. Dedicated to keeping the wild population healthy and abundant, every fishery we use has been certified as sustainable to the Marine Stewardship Council's expert standard.

Brand details

At LEAP, we believe the best fish swim free. Whether it’s wild salmon from the crystal clear waters of Alaska or cod loin from the icy depths of the Atlantic, ours is fish as it should be: free, not farmed.

And you can taste the difference. Albacore tuna, light and delicate, with its prized pale flesh and smooth, meaty texture. Scandinavian haddock, lean yet succulent from a life swimming free. Alaska salmon, with its uniquely rich flavour and succulent texture, which it owes to a diet of organic marine creatures and shellfish.

Incredible seafood like this demands to be handled with reverence, which is why we adhere to the highest standards of quality and excellence at every stage of the journey from sea to plate.
