Wild-caught in Alaska waters, our sockeye salmon is free, not farmed. Dedicated to keeping the wild population healthy and abundant, every fishery we use has been certified as sustainable to the Marine Stewardship Council's expert standard.

Cooking guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C / fan 180°C / gas
Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging and wrap the fish in a lightly oiled foil parcel. Place on a baking tray in the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Once cooked, allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check the salmon is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooked, and remember these times are just a guide, as the size and the thickness of the fish may vary.
